Very, very good Veteran owned company! The inspection took place exactly when scheduled, much more was inspected than I thought would be. The inspection report came the very next day jammed full of photos, guidelines, information and suggestions. Not only did we get the report but we got a phone call from the owner to discuss issues found (on the day of inspection) and answer all the questions I was bound to have. There happened to be some big issues and some very small issues. Bottom line - we feel absolutely confident about the condition of the house we want to buy and we have the knowledge we need to move forward with negotiation and purchase of the property. Very well worth the money!
