Derick spent many HOURS at the house in West Jefferson for the initial inspection and the report reflected his thorough approach. Derick was extremely personable yet professional to me and the seller. After so much time at the property (and a run to FEDEX to get the water samples moving), I very much appreciate that he made the time to give me a personal breakdown of his impressions once he was finished. Ancillary inspections are pending on the house (outside of his scope), but Derick and WARRIOR Home Inspections have my highest recommendation for a quality inspection, customer feedback, and friendly professionalism.

We were experiencing a mildew smell in our finished basement without any visible signs of moisture or mold.Warrior Inspections performed a mold inspection and air sampling on my home as scheduled and the report was thorough, as well as his explanation of results. Johnny correctly concluded the source of the mold which I confirmed after removing wall paneling.Knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced.Highly recommended.
