I had Johnny do our home inspection in West Jefferson. His report was more detailed than I expected and he found things that saved us a lot of money. Johnny was available to discuss the process before the inspection and took the time to walk me through all of the items needing correcting in a face to face meeting after the inspection. I would highly recommend Johnny to anyone who needs a detailed home inspection. Excellent service, excellent follow-up, excellent attitude.

This review is to describe the great experience of working with Johnny Hamm and Warrior Home Inspections, LLC. My wife and I live in Chapel Hill, NC and were interested in buying a log cabin in Blowing Rock, NC. As part of the due diligence process, we wanted to have the home inspected to uncover any potential problems. We’re glad we chose Johnny Hamm and Warrior Home Inspections. He performed a very thorough inspection of the property and kept us informed with emails through every step of the process. The overall home inspection was bundled together with testing for radon, pests, and water. Since we’re not from the Blowing Rock area, this saved us a lot of time and trouble tracking down vendors to perform these specific checks. In addition to the checks that Warrior Home Inspections provided, we wanted to have some other specific checks of the property performed (eg, septic system, and the propane system) and Johnny was very helpful and recommended some trustworthy inspectors to handle these tasks. We received a full and very thorough report (100 pages!) within 24 hours of the actual inspection, which was very informative and included specific details, pictures, and even some videos of what he was able/not able to inspect. By understanding the defects and shortcomings of the home, we were able to make an informed decision about buying the property. We were very pleased with the service we received from Warrior Home Inspections and will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
