Johnny was very professional and very knowledgeable showing my wife and I many things about the house we were about to buy. He took photos of everything he found and he saved us from buying a house that was presented as move in ready and up to date when really it had almost 100 immediate and needs attention soon items such as major roof issues and wood damage. He showed us structural material issues that when addressed were known to the seller and listing agent that were undisclosed.If you have a home you want inspected or are looking to buy Warrior Home Inspections is the only company we would use in his area which the house we were under contract with was in the Wilkesboro area.He is great to work with and will walk you through everything that he discovers explaining it all. Solid home inspector. He was thorough, caught things I would’ve never noticed, and explained the important stuff without overcomplicating it. The report was clear and straightforward. Overall did a great job and I’d recommend him if you need a reliable inspection.
